Most of the students don't know about this entrance exam.So,this post will going to be more helpful. If you want to do engineering as a Professional course then you have to give this exam. If you give this exam and secured good percentile and good rank you will definitely get admission in top colleges of Maharashtra such as COEP, VJTI,WALCHAND COE (Sangli),SPIT, ICT, etc. The CutOffs of such colleges is very high. If you want to take admission here and tags of such colleges then you have to work hard in this exam. This exam is not as difficult as JEE-MAINS. If you want to study in top IITs and NITs then you have to give JEE-MAINS+JEE-ADVANCED and JEE-MAINS respectively.
